Nenad Zivic has experienced both sides of the hiring process: first as a candidate and then as a recruiter.
He was initially approached by Sandra Prvulovic, co-founder and lead recruiter at Fenix HR, earlier this year for a role with machine learning technology provider Advertima in Zurich, Switzerland. He wasn’t actively looking for a new job, but was immediately impressed by Sandra’s personal approach.
The whole process took less than two months from the initial approach to the job offer.
In his new role, Nenad is himself now recruiting for a new team of five in Belgrade and has enlisted Fenix HR’s help. They have already found him some high quality candidates for the roles.
