Nebojsa Andelkovic had a very specific need. He was looking to build a team of expert machine learning engineers for his company, technical provider Advertima.

That’s when he thought of Sandra Prvulovic, co-founder and lead recruiter at Fenix HR, who he had first heard of 10 years ago when she was head of HR for a leading IT firm. So he contacted her and explained his situation.

Getting to work straight away, within a month Sandra had found him a candidate who was the perfect match in terms of skillset and cultural fit. Since then Nebojsa has recruited another candidate through Fenix HR and the hiring process is ongoing with the recruitment agency now providing the company with a constant stream of candidates.

And with Advertima expanding all three of its offices in Switzerland, Serbia and Germany, its need for new recruits will only be greater.
