Vladan Profirovic knew it was time to make his next career move. The small programming company he worked for in Belgrade was starting to shut down its international offices because of Brexit and his job was under threat.

So he began looking for a new job. At first he tried going through several recruitment agencies but without success.

That’s when his friend referred him to Fenix HR. After being put in touch with Sandra Prvulovic, co-founder and lead recruiter, she found him the perfect match almost straight away.
