2015 Software Development Salary Survey
Our company specializes in providing human resource services and organizational research to the IT/Software Development industry.
Our latest research – starting September 2015 – addresses the questions most frequently asked by our clients: What salary should we offer candidates we would like to hire? Are our salaries competitive in the market place to attract the talent we need? Is our compensation package well-balanced and up-to-date? What do other companies in our industry offer to their employees?
In July 2014, our research team conducted an independent national survey in which IT professionals all across Serbia voiced their opinions on work conditions in their Software Development companies. We learned that salary amount is consistently ranked as the top consideration among IT professionals when choosing the best employment offer or deciding to switch jobs. This September we are following up on these findings with a national Salary and Benefits survey in the IT sector, providing you with the detailed analyses of employee salaries, benefits, promotions and turnover.
Participate in our national IT Salary and Benefits survey and you will receive the following in your research report:
- Detailed analysis of the current salary ranges for 18 most common positions in the Software Development industry in Serbia*, indicating the min/max/avg./median and lower/upper quartile values on all 3 experience levels – Junior, Intermediate and Senior.
- Differences in salary ranges according to company location** (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis) and the company size (micro, small, midsize and large)
- Overview of national compensation practices, including direct and indirect financial incentives, perks and development opportunities.
- Detailed personalised report (optional if you choose to remain anonymous)specifying your ranking in comparison to other Software Development companies on salary size, promotion speed and rate of voluntary turnover.
Fee for participation is 330€ payable in dinars at the middle exchange rate of The National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment. Only companies that participate in the research will receive the research report. Companies that confirm their participation by 21st September will receive 10% off the research fee. All of the data collected is confidential – we will not sell the research report to non-participating companies or reveal your participation to others. The online survey will take less than 20 minutes and can be completed by a qualified member of your HR staff.
